Psalm 91:4

Psalm 91:4

HE shall cover you with HIS feathers, And under HIS wings you shall take refuge; HIS truth shall be your shield and buckler. (NKJV)

HE will cover you with HIS feathers. HE will shelter you with his wings. HIS faithful promises are your armor and protection. (NLT)

HE will cover you with HIS feathers, and under HIS wings you will find refuge; HIS faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. (NIV)

His huge outstretched arms protect you—under them you’re perfectly safe; HIS arms fend off all harm. (MESS)

[Then] HE will cover you with HIS pinions, and under HIS wings shall you trust and find refuge; HIS truth and HIS faithfulness are a shield and a buckler. (AMP)

Last week we talked about GOD will rescue and protect us once we start doing our part. Obeying, trusting, and listening to GOD. Now this week we read that GOD will cover us and protect us. But knowest HE said, “HIS faithful promises are your armor and protection.” So this week we are going to look at scriptures on what GOD promises us.

Healing:

Isaiah 53:4-5
4) Surely HE has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered HIM stricken, smitten, and afflicted by GOD [as if with leprosy]. 5) But HE was wounded for our transgressions, HE was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon HIM, and with the stripes [that wounded] HIM we are healed and made whole. (AMP)

1 Peter 2:24
HE personally bore our sins in HIS [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered HIMSELF on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By HIS wounds you have been healed. (AMP)

Exodus 15:26
Saying, If you will diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD your GOD and will do what is right in HIS sight, and will listen to and obey HIS commandments and keep all HIS statutes, I will put none of the diseases upon you which I brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the LORD Who heals you. (AMP)

Strength & Beauty:

Psalm 96:6
Honor and majesty are before HIM; strength and beauty are in HIS sanctuary. (AMP)

Strength:

Nehemiah 8:10b
For the joy of the LORD is your strength and stronghold. (AMP)

Philippians 4:13
I have strength for all things in CHRIST Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through HIM Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in CHRIST’S sufficiency]. (AMP)

Supply All Needs:

Philippians 4:19
And my GOD will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to HIS riches in glory in CHRIST JESUS. (AMP)

Prosper:

Malachi 3:10-12
10)  Bring all the tithes (the whole tenth of your income) into the storehouse, that there may be food in MY house, and prove ME now by it, says the LORD of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and poor you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. 11)  And I will rebuke the devourer [insects and plagues] for your sakes and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground, neither shall your vine drop its fruit before the time in the field, says the LORD of hosts. 12) And all nations shall call you happy and blessed, for you shall be a land of delight, says the LORD of hosts. (AMP)

No Weapon:

Isaiah 54:17
But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the LORD [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from ME [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the LORD. (AMP)

Freedom From Sin:

Romans 6:6-7
6) We know that our old (unrenewed) self was nailed to the cross with HIM in order that [our] body [which is the instrument] of sin might be made ineffective and inactive for evil, that we might no longer be the slaves of sin. 7)  For when a man dies, he is freed (loosed, delivered) from [the power of] sin [among men]. (AMP)

Romans 8:2
For the law of the SPIRIT of life [which is] in CHRIST JESUS [the law of our new being] has freed me from the law of sin and of death. (AMP)

Peace:

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you; MY [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.] (AMP)

He Will Never Leave:

Hebrews 13:5
Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [including greed, avarice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied with your present [circumstances and with what you have]; for HE [GOD] HIMSELF has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax MY hold on you)! [Assuredly not!] (AMP)

Deuteronomy 31:6, 8
6) Be strong, courageous, and firm; fear not nor be in terror before them, for it is the LORD your GOD Who goes with you; HE will not fail you or forsake you. (AMP)
8) It is the LORD Who goes before you; HE will [march] with you; HE will not fail you or let you go or forsake you; [let there be no cowardice or flinching, but] fear not, neither become broken [in spirit—depressed, dismayed, and unnerved with alarm]. (AMP)

Joshua 1:5, 9
5) No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will not fail you or forsake you. (AMP)
9) Have not I commanded you? Be strong, vigorous, and very courageous. Be not afraid, neither be dismayed, for the LORD your GOD is with you wherever you go.
(AMP)

No Fear:

2 Timothy 1:7
For GOD did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [HE has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control. (AMP)

Psalm 118:6
The LORD is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? (AMP)

These are some of the promises that GOD has promised us! There are soooo much more! I encourage you to look up more!! GOD has a promise for everything!!!!!!!!!

#nootherplacetobe #synergy #MyRhema The first edit was not good so here you go. Sorry about that. #disneyfriendshipcollab David was greatly distressed, for the men spoke of stoning him because the souls of them all were bitterly grieved, each man for his sons and daughters. But David encouraged and strengthened himself in the Lord his God.
- 1 Samuel 30:6 AMPC

This verse as meet a lot to me in the past year!!!! I love the last part where it says that "David encouraged and strengthened himself on the Lord his God!!!!!!!!" For many reasons this has stayed with me.

1) David knew that he needed the Lord. No matter what came his way he looked to God!!!! He went to Him and praise Him!!! He worshiped Him!!!! He got alone with Him!!!!!! David had the right idea!!!!! No matter what we are going through we need to look to God!!!!! He has all the answers. I mean come on, if Hr could send Him One and only Son to die for us. Do you not think He has all the answers we need? Yes He does. The question now is, are we going to look to Him or others for the answer?
2) So David also strengthened himself in the Lord!!!! Again with the waiting and spending time with God!!!!! We need to do that as well.
3) This one has hit me hard over the past few months. Did you see that David encouraged himself in the Lord? It didn't say that his friends encouraged him. It didn't say that his family encouraged him. It didn't say, and the list could go on. But he encouraged himself in the Lord.

Sometimes when we are in a fight it can be hard. Believe me I know. But you have to remember that not all the time is there going to be someone there to help you. You have to know how to encourage yourself. Yes it may be hard and hurts at times but we have to do it. How do you encourage yourself you may ask? Here are a few ways: · Worship the Lord in music · Read the Word of God to yourself
· Pray ( not about the problem but about the victory you already have)
· Tell yourself what the Word of God says

Those are a few ways.

So if you are in that fight right now, just start worshiping God! If your not there still worship Him. Get yourself in the mood to start that at anytime!!!! #Devo #scripture #bible #bibleverse #bibleverses #cool #yesLord Happy Independence Day Everyone!!!!!!! I pray you all have a blessed day!!!!! We need to remember the ones that are serving to keep the USA free!!! Also we need to remember that we have freedom through Jesus as well!!!!! We are free!!!!!! So if the Son liberates you [makes you free men], then you are really and unquestionably free.
- John 8:36 AMPC

#July4th #Independanceday #HappyIndependanceday #Happy4thofjuly Suicide:

What makes a person think of suicide?? Loneliness, heartbreak, heartache, rejection, abuse(physical, mental, emotional, verbal, psychologically), bulling, not worth it, ext!

Did you know that there is on average a 121 suicides a day? About 13.26 per 100,000 people.

That is sad!!!!! How many of them are Christians? How many of them are school kids? How many of them are ones that are "not wanted"? How many???? The list could go on!!!!!! Stop and think about it. The person you are sitting next to could be thinking about it. At work, school, walking down the street or even church. Yes church! Do you know that Christian have the same thoughts as well?
Is if fun to think these thoughts? NO!!!! Is it your fault? NO!!!!!!!! Is there hope? YES!!!!!! Is there something wrong with you? NO!!!!!!!!! Can't you get free and out of it? YES!!!!!!! There is hope for you. You can be set free!!!!! That is what Jesus did for you!!!!! But do you know what? People don't talk about this. People don't look for help cause they think that it shameful. The shouldn't think this way or try to do it. People look down on people that think this way. It is hard.

But what would happen if we as the body of Christ would listen up. What would happen if we payed attention? What would happen if you got so close to God that He would let us know that someone was thinking about it? What would happen?

There is hope for them just like there is hope for us. I want to be able to help them. I want to see them smile again. I want to see them laugh again. But you know what? Do you know who wants that more then anything? God!!!!!!! He wants that. It makes Him sad to see people kill themselves.
So as a believer: I want to make a stand and help them. There is hope, help, peace, comfort, but more important! Love for them. Let us show them love and let them see Jesus in us.
That is my prayer!!!!!! #thinking #journaling #lifepost #Jesus #God #love #peace #joy #comfort #reallife #realtalk When life gets hard, pray harder!
When life gets crazy, read the Word more.

Life is not the best but not the worst. It all depends on your point of view.
We need to be reading the Word and praying everyday. But sometimes we have things that come up and it can be hard. But that is when we trust Him and let Him lead us.
Don't get upset, frustrated, angery, bitter, ext. Just give it to God and obey.

Okay so I'm learning this right now. My life is not perfect but I'm learning. The more I read the Word the more I realize how much I don't know. But it is best to listen and obey. I have disobeyed but we learn from it. What satan wants for a deaator God can turn for glory. It may hurt but do. Just obey, it may seem hard but in the long run it will work out.
I love all of you!!!! DM is always open. If you need prayer, talk, ext. I'm here for you!!! God bless
